Tibetan Po Cha, Ever Tried This Butter Tea?

Ingredients

4 cups water 2 tsp black tea ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp butter (unsalted or salted) 1/3 cup milk 

Step 1

Heat a pan and add water. Let it boil. 

Step 2

Add tea and let the tea steep into the boiling water. 

Step 3

Add salt and after a few seconds, strain out the loose tea. 

Step 4

Now, add milk and turn off the flame. 

Step 5

Take a big container with a lid and add tea to it. Also add butter and shake the tea for 2 to 3 minutes. 

Step 6

 Serve and enjoy!
