Holi to be celebrated on 25th March, is a festival of colours, joy, and feasting. An essential part of the celebration is the array of quick snacks that guests can enjoy amidst the festivities. 

Gol Gappa

A street food favourite, consisting of crispy puris filled with spicy tamarind water, chickpeas, and potatoes. It's a perfect snack to make for the Holi Part and enjoy the burst of flavours with some colours all around. 

Dahi Bhalla 

Soft lentil dumplings dunked in creamy yoghurt, topped with sweet tamarind chutney and spicy green chutney. It’s a cool, tangy treat to prepare for holi party and make the table colourful too. 

Bhel Puri
