Veganuary is all about giving up the pleasure and celebrating new beginnings with something healthy. With everyone being hyped about their New Year’s resolutions, it is time to cherish vegan habits and ace this monthly challenge. With this easy vegan butter recipe, you can start your vegan journey without sacrificing the beloved butter.

1 cup Refined Coconut Oil (240ml) Melted 2 Tbsp Canola Oil ⅓ cup Unsweetened Soy Milk or Almond Milk (80ml) 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast 1 Small Pinch of Turmeric ½ tsp Salt

Put the canola oil and melted refined coconut oil in the blender jug.

Stir the unsweetened soy or almond milk with the apple cider vinegar until it curdles into buttermilk. Fill the blender with the buttermilk.

Add the salt, nutritional yeast, and a tiny teaspoon of turmeric. Blend until smooth, using a very strong blender.

Transfer to a butter dish and keep chilled until solid.

Take it out of the refrigerator to thaw for a little while.
