This Vegan Spaghetti Is A Comforting One-Pot Meal

Ingredients

Gluten-free spaghetti Garlic cloves Marinara sauce Oregano powder Red chilli flakes Chopped Mushrooms Cherry tomatoes Vegan parmesan Salt as required Olive oil

Step 1

In a pot, add olive oil and chopped onions. Cook till they become brown.

Step 2

Add the chopped garlic, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.

Step 3

Add the marinara sauce and water and bring everything to a boil. Add the spaghetti.

Step 4

Cover and let the spaghetti cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Switch off the flame and garnish the spaghetti with vegan parmesan. Enjoy your one-pot spaghetti.
