Smokey, spicy and yet totally healthy, this Tandoori Cauliflower Salad is the vegetarian delight you simply must have today. Check out the recipe and give it a go!

2 cups cauliflower florets, blanched ½ cup yoghurt ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp ginger garlic paste Salt, to taste ½ cup baby spinach ½ cup pickled onions ¼ cup pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp chaat masala 3 tbsp lemon juice

Place the yoghurt, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, red chilli, ginger-garlic paste and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.

Add the cauliflower florets and mix well to coat each and every floret properly.

Place the florets in a lined baking sheet and grill in the over for 40 minutes at 200 degrees or until soft and smokey.

Transfer the Tandoori Cauliflower florets into a large salad bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
