This Summer Refresh Yourself With Mango Lassi

This fruity version of mango lassi is perfect to refresh yourself in this season.

Ingredients

1 cup diced fresh mango 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons white sugar Dash of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

Step 1

Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a blender.

Step 2

Puree until you reach a smooth consistency.

Step 3

Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
