A healthy lifestyle is about staying fit and taking a good diet. Smoothies made with fresh, nutritious ingredients can help you achieve your fitness goals and lose weight. Here is a simple green smoothie recipe.
100 gms spinach 1 bowl diced lauki 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cucumbers 5-6 mint leaves 1 tsp chia seeds Black salt
In a food processing jar, add spinach, mint, cucumber and lauki. Mix everything well.
Grind everything and then adjust with water if required. Add lemon juice and mix everything well.
Top off the smoothie with chia seeds and add a little black salt if required. Enjoy!
