The summer season is here and it’s that time of the year when mango lovers enjoy their favourite fruit in many unique ways.
This mango ladoo with a hint of coconut is exactly what a mango fan would love to gorge on!
2 cup desiccated coconut 1 cup condensed milk 1 cup mango puree 1/2 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
To make this easy ladoo recipe, take a blender and add in mango puree along with cardamom powder and condensed milk.
Repeat the process twice, till the blend turns foamy. Then take a greased pan and pour this blend in it.
Heat a non-stick pan and add desiccated coconut, toss it nicely and add it to the mango mixture.
Mix it together and roll small ladoos and keep aside. Refrigerate and enjoy.
