Ingredients 

White Pumpkin Curd Water Ginger Coriander Cumin Powder Salt

Step 1

Start by preparing the white pumpkin. Remove the skin, deseed, and chop it into pieces. Place the pumpkin pieces in a mixer jar along with ginger, fresh coriander, curd, and water.
