This Homemade Eggless Banana Cake Is Perfect For Teatime

If you’re craving for something different for breakfast, then this eggless banana bread is perfect for you. This moist and flavorful treat replaces eggs with a combination of ripe mashed bananas and other binding agents such as applesauce or yogurt, resulting in a deliciously dense and tender loaf. Ingredients

2 cups refined flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon powder ½ tsp coffee powder 1 tbsp grated ginger ½ cup butter ¼ cup powdered sugar 1 ½ cup mashed banana ½ cup milk ½ cup nuts

Step 1 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tin with parchment paper.

Step 2 

In a mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, coffee powder, cinnamon powder, and ginger. Mix well.

Step 3 

In another bowl whisk sugar and butter until well combined.

Step 4 

Mash the bananas using a fork and add to the sugar mixture. Mix everything well.

Step 5 

Combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients together along with the milk. Avoid over mixing.

Add the chopped nuts and transfer the mixture to the baking tin.

Bake the bread at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 mins.
