We all are waiting for Holi! Snacks colours and fun. This snack will definitely be a hit on holi as this festival of colours is complete without Shakarpara.
¼ Cup Powdered Sugar ¼ Cup Water 1 Cup All Purpose Flour 1 Tsp Semolina ¼ Tsp Cardamom Powder 2 Tbsp Ghee ½ Tsp Salt Oil
To make the sweet syrup in a large bowl add sugar and water. Mix well both well.
Now in a bowl add flour, semolina, cardamom powder, salt and ghee. Add the syrup slowly and knead the dough.
Now on Roll the dough like a parantha. Maintain the consistency don’t make it too thin.
Now with the help of knife or shapers cut the desired shape or into diamond shapes.
In a deep pan heat oil and fry the shakarparas or You can bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes.
Your easy tasty and quick holi snack is now ready to be served. Happy Holi !
