Coconut ladoos are a delicious delight you can add to the dessert platter during Holi. They are nutritious and everyone’s favourite. If you are thinking about making them, follow this easy guide to prepare them at home.
¼ tsp cardamom powder 2 cups grated coconut ¾ cups sugar 8 cashews 1 cup milk 1 tsp ghee
Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashews in it.
Keep cashews aside and cook milk, coconut, and sugar.
Stir the ingredients for 15 minutes or until the coconut turns soft.
The mixture will turn thick. Let it cool and mix cashews in it.
Shape the blend into bite-sized ladoos.
You can coat ladoos with desiccated coconut, store them, and enjoy.
