Ingredients

Gluten-free all purpose flour Baking powder 2 eggs Non-dairy milk A pinch of salt Jaggery Butter

Step 1

Add all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and sift.

Step 2

Next, add the wet ingredients and whisk the batter until smooth.

Step 3

Heat up a pan with butter and pour the pancake batter.

Step 4

Flip and cook on both sides till they are properly cooked. Serve with your preferred toppings.
