Gluten-free Chapati are beneficial for those having gluten-free intolerance and can’t have regular wheat chapattis. Gluten-free chapati like every other chapati can be paired with any curries or chutney. Take a look how to make gluten-free chapati:
½ cup of besan ½ cup jowar flour ½ cup ragi flour ½ cup oats flour 2 tbsp flax seeds Warm water for kneading
Crush the flax seeds to form a coarse powder. If you have flax seeds powder before hand, use that. Flax seeds help in binding the flour together.
Add besan, jowar flour, ragi flour, oats flour and flax seeds powder in a mixing bowl. Give a stir to mix the dry ingredients.
Now add warm water in batches and use your hands to knead the dough. Set it aside for 15 minutes.
Now pinch out small balls from the dough, dust them with flour and roll them out using rolling pin to make chapati.
Place the rolled out chapati on a hot tawa and cook on both sides. Now put it directly on the flame and cook until golden brown patches occur.
Gluten-free chapati is ready and you can have it with curry and sabzi of your choice.
