Elevate your taste buds with this quick and easy recipe for spicy garlic mushrooms. With just a handful of ingredients and minimal preparation time, you can enjoy this dish!
250 grams mushrooms sliced 2 tbsp olive oil 4 cloves garlic 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp lime juice Salt and pepper Fresh coriander
In a pan Heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan. Saute well.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes, In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce and lime juice.
Now Pour the soy sauce mixture over the mushrooms. Stir well to coat the mushrooms evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chilli flakes. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
