This Eggless Banana Cake Recipe Is A Must Try

Ingredients 4 Bananas ½ Cup of Sugar ½ Cup of Whole wheat flour 1 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda ⅔ Cup of Sunflower oil Raisins and nuts 1 tsp Vanilla extract Chocolate chips (Optional)

Step 1

Mash the bananas with a fork until they have a smooth consistency.

Step 2

Add sugar, sunflower oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and stir well. 

Step 3

For the batter, in a bowl, sieve whole wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add a pinch of salt as well.

Step 4

Fold the flour in the banana mash using the cut-and-fold method. Add water if the batter is too thick.

Step 5

Add nuts and raisins to the mixture. Pour the batter into an oiled pan.

Step 6

Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven. Enjoy your banana cake with a cup of tea or coffee!
