2 cups milk 2 tbsp rava 1.5 cups besan ¼ tsp cardamom Sugar as per taste 2 tbsp saffron milk ½ cup crushed cashew, almonds
Heat ghee in a kadhai and roast gram flour in it.
Add rava for the texture and roast the ingredients some more.
After 25-30 minutes, add milk and stir the ingredients.
Further, add sugar and kesar milk. Let the ingredients cook.
Add cardamom for aroma and crushed dry fruits for richness.
Add a dollop of ghee on the top before serving the halwa.
