This Colourful Festival Try This Green Paan Thandai

Paan Thandai, the drink with the taste of betel leaf is "hatka for your Holi table. MAde with thandai powder and flavored with fresh paan leaves and gulkand this is absolutely delectable.

Ingredients

2 Cup milk chilled or semi-frozen 4 tablespoon thandai masala 1 tablespoon gulkand paste 2 tablespoon granulated white sugar 3 fresh betel leaves (paan leaves), Ice cubes

Step 1

Gather all ingredients.Take a blender Combine thandai masala with milk. Mix nicely. 

Step 2

Now in the blender add the thandai milk paste and desired amount of ice cubes. 

Step 3

Blend the mixture to a smooth consistency. And sweeten it up accordingly. 

Step 4

In a glass fill some ice and pour the Pan Thandai. Serve it chilled garnish with some mint leaves.
