There is a mildly amusing debate on bullet or ghee coffee about the fact that they are really healthy or just a fad diet! Rakul Preet Singh believes that bullet coffee is actually helpful and here is a recipe of the same.
Add coffee and water to a pan and heat it up.
When the coffee is still simmering, add ghee, haldi and any sweetener you prefer.
Add 2 pods of cardamom and cook it on a medium flame till everything is dissolved.
Let you coffee mixture cool a little and put it in a blender with milk.
Blend the coffee, but not too much as it can separate the fat. Enjoy your bullet coffee!
