This 3-Ingredient Protein Bar Is All You Need During Hunger Pangs

Healthy, wholesome and super quick, this protein bar is sure to be your next favourite snack!

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 2 cups rolled oats

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Mix well until smooth.

Step 2

Add the rolled oats to the bowl and stir until all the oats are evenly coated with peanut and honey mix.

Step 3

Now, line a baking dish with butter paper. Transfer the mixture to the pan and press it down firmly and evenly using a spatula.

Step 4

Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1-2 hours.

Step 5

Once the mixture is set, lift the parchment paper to remove the bar from the pan. Cut it into bar sizes and enjoy!
