This 10 Minute Garlic Chutney Is A Flavour Bomb

If you're the sort of person who always uses twice the amount of garlic that's in the recipe, this chutney is made for you. It's quick, easy and adds a whole world of flavour to your meal. 

Ingredients

6 Garlic cloves 2 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp oil ½ tsp cumin seeds Pinch of hing Salt to taste

Step 1

In a mortar and pestle, pound together all the ingredients except the cumin seeds.

Step 2

Fry the cumin seeds in oil till fragrant, add the garlic paste and cook till the raw smell of garlic goes away.
