First, slice the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate with olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a pan, cook the chicken till it is soft and brown. Drizzle a little soy sauce.
in a bowl, mix mustard sauce, honey and a little yogurt. mix well and add salt and pepper according to taste.
In a large mixing bowl, add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Add the chicken pieces to it.
Finally, add the dressing on top of you salad and give it a good mix. Your chicken salad is ready.
