Salads are not just delicious, they are healthy and very helpful in losing weight too. Here is a chicken salad recipe that you will love.

Step 1

First, slice the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a pan, cook the chicken till it is soft and brown. Drizzle a little soy sauce.

Step 3

in a bowl, mix mustard sauce, honey and a little yogurt. mix well and add salt and pepper according to taste.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Add the chicken pieces to it.

Step 5

Finally, add the dressing on top of you salad and give it a good mix. Your chicken salad is ready.
