A fun twist on the classic fancy bar cocktail, the Rosita is the perfect mid-week drink for the summers, when you need something refreshing and chilled.
45 ml Reposado tequila 15 ml Campari 15 ml sweet vermouth 15 ml dry vermouth 1 dash Angostura bitters Grapefruit slice, for garnish
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well.
Allow the mixture to sit in the shaker for about 15 seconds before it is strained and poured into a glass.
Garnish with an orange peel twist or a slice of fresh grapefruit and serve cold.
