Prepared easily in less than 45 minutes, crunchy and sweet dish made with flour, butter, sugar, pineapple bits and pineapple essence. Try this recipe and enjoy with family and friends!
4. Cook the milk until it becomes thick by reducing the heat.
550 gm refined flour 230 gm sugar 425 gm butter 100 gm pineapple tidbits 1 teaspoon pineapple essence
Start by mixing the Butter And Sugar in a pan till they are light and fluffy enough in texture.
Now add the flour into the butter-sugar mixture. And mix it well avoid any lumps.
Now in a pan add creamed butter and give it a mix. In it fold the flour into gradually.
Chop some fresh pineapple bits add in to the dough with pineapple essence. Mix the dough well.
Divide the dough evenly and make small cookies out of it place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for around 15-20 mins.
Once done take them out and cool. Garnish with pineapples and pineapple sauce.
