Make a yummy and crunchy chaat with chana dal. Just use soaked chana dal and cook it properly. Then add spices, onions and coriander leaves with peanuts for crunch.
Steam the dhokla, a popular Gujarati snack, instead of frying it. The dhokla is usually made with besan aka gram flour and tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
A crunchy and super healthy snacking option, slice carrots and celery into small sticks and pair them with hummus, a Middle-eastern chickpea dip.
The paneer is coated in a marination of coriander leaves and mint leaves. This is then grilled on pan by fitting into skewers and is a hearty treat.
Instead of frying your urad dal vada, you can always steam it. The vada is crushed and covered with curd aka fresh dahi. Garnish with grated ginger, boondi and tamarind chutney.
