1 cup makhana Powder 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut 1/2 cup date powder 1 tbsp powdered cardamom 2 tbsp powdered almonds 1/2 cup date powder 4 tbsp ghee 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup milk

In a mixer, add makhana powder, coconut, dates powder and salt.

Add powdered almonds, and cardamom powder and mix everything together to make a fine powder.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add warm ghee to it and start mixing. Form crumbles and slowly add a little milk.

Combine the dough together. Meanwhile, preheat the oven for 10 mins and grease the baking tray.

Make dough balls and place them on the tray. Bake for 10 mins at 180 degrees and then flip to bake the other side for 8-10 mins.

When done, take out the cookies and let them cool. Serve fresh from the oven.
