Prepare a creamy egg salad by substituting mayonnaise with avocado. Stuff this between two slices of whole wheat bread and enjoy your healthy lunch.
Wrapped in whole wheat tortilla pockets, shredded chicken mixed with paprika, thyme and olive oil is a delightful sandwich. Add some coleslaw to a creamy touch.
Slice some apples and chop carrots. Make a double-decker sandwich by layering the two, one on top of another. Spread cheese on the base and pack up these cold sandwiches.
