½ cup atta ½ cup ragi flour ½ cup jaggery powder ½ cup salted butter ¼ cup sesame seeds ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder ½ teaspoon baking powder 1-2 tablespoon milk
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Sieve the atta, ragi flour, cardamom nutmeg powder, and baking powder twice in a bowl.
Cube the cold butter and rub it into the flour between your fingers. Add the jaggery powder and half the sesame seeds and mix in a stand mixer adding in a little milk at a time until it comes together.
Form the cookies into balls and roll them in the remaining sesame seeds. Place them on a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
