Watermelon Daiquiri

This blend-and-sip drink gets a burst of cold melon flavour from the preparation of fresh watermelon juice. It's a rum drink for margarita aficionados, with a salted rim that balances the acidic lime juice with the sweet agave syrup.

Thai Basil Sangria

The blood-red hue of the typical red wine base gives the Spanish beverage sangria its name. This simplified version's beautiful golden colour and zingy flavours come from brandy, white wine, and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Cucumber-Rose Gin Spritz

With cucumber, basil, and cardamom-infused syrup, the traditional gin, lemon, and club soda concoction is given a cool touch. A gorgeous garnish, dried rose petals provide a delicate flowery flavour.

Strawberry-Rum Coolers

Cooked until aromatic and soft, ripe strawberries are combined with lime, ginger, and agave before being blended with both white and dark rum and finished with a ginger beer float.

Long Island Iced Tea

It's a strong drink packed with a variety of flavours that is made with a mixture of vodka, white rum, silver tequila, gin, triple sec (or orange liqueur), simple syrup, cola, and if you're feeling fancy, some lemon juice.

Strawberry-Lemon Mojitos

vThis mojito has a strawberry sweetness. When you're in the mood for something fruity, this beverage is fantastic.

Apricot Nectarine Julep

A purée of roasted apricots and nectarines enhances the vanilla and nutmeg flavours of the bourbon, creating the ideal late-summer cocktail.

Mai Tai is to celebrate the rum and is arguably the most popular tiki beverage. The classic rum float on top of the light-yellow cocktail delicately combines citrus flavours with just the proper amount of sweetness.
