Juices help minimise inflammation while keeping you healthy from within by boosting your immunity. These six juices are all you need to stay healthy in winter.
Carrots and beets aid in the cleansing of the body and promote liver function. Add some vitamin C-rich amla to boost immunity. Blend 2 chopped carrots, 1 beet, 2 amlas and 1-inch ginger piece. Add some lemon juice, and enjoy
Blend 4 tomatoes, 8–10 mint leaves, and a glass of water to make the juice. Adding some salt, lemon, and black pepper to improve flavour. The juice is rich in antioxidants and helps in digestion.
Take 1 cup of strawberry, 2 peeled kiwis and 1 peeled orange, half a cup of water, and 1 teaspoon of honey and blend them together. The juice is rich in antioxidants and regulates blood pressure.
Take an inch of ginger, 1 orange, and 1 tablespoon of turmeric and blend them together. Add lime juice, and it’s ready! The juice is rich in antiviral and antibacterial properties..
Blend 2 sweet lime, 250 grams of pineapple and a chopped green apple and some rock salt. The juice is packed with vitamin C and calcium that boosts immunity.
Blend spinach and beetroot together and add some rock salt and sugar to taste. The juice is rich in iron and will boost the oxygen-carrying power of blood.
