Although it is important to include veggies in our diet, for diabetics the consumption of veggies comes with restrictions. Certain vegetables can trigger the blood sugar level. Thus, it is necessary to include vegetables for the diabetes patient with thorough research. Today, we have listed 10 green vegetables that diabetics can consume: 

Spinach 

Only 1 gram of carbs is present in a cup of raw spinach. The leafy vegetable is loaded with antioxidant, including Vitamin A. Besides, it has good amount of fibre and iron. 

Okra
