Shilpa believes in eating a balanced diet, comprising of a good amount of proteins, carbs, vitamins and minerals. 

Breakfast Lover 

You’ll never find her skipping breakfast because according to her, it is the most important meal of the day. Her breakfast comprises of scrambled eggs or soaked overnights oats. 

Home-Cooked Lunch 

One of the most commonly consumed shapes of pasta in India, penne is a favourite to make in a spicy arrabiata sauce or creamy pesto sauce.

Early Dinner 

The actor wraps up her last meal before 7:30 pm which comprises of a vegetable soup or a light khichdi. 

Avoids Sugar 

She substitutes white sugar for healthier alternatives like powdered jaggery and coconut sugar. Even her evening snack is a healthy protein shake.
