Are you in the mood for some parathe but bored of the OG ones or have leftover rice?
Try Chawal ke parathe today and thank us later!
Step 1
Mix some cooked rice with wheat flour, green chillies, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and lemon juice.
Step 2
Make a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
Step 3
Roll the dough and prepare parathe with ghee/oil
Step 4
Serve hot with tomato sauce or Chutney
