Though Manchurians are very common, the cabbage version is less known to people,
Here’s an easy restaurant-style cabbage Manchurian recipe
Step 1
Grate cabbage; add salt, pepper, grated ginger, green chillies, chat masala, corn flour and Maida to form a dough.
Step 2
Make small balls of dough and deep fry them
.
Step 3
Make a tangy sauce with some oil, garlic, onion, capsicum, soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
Step 4
Mix the cabbage balls with this sauce, season it with salt and pepper and sprinkle some spring onion and serve hot
