The Bushwacker:  The Cocktail Milkshake with Tropical Vibes

Call it an indulgent boozy milkshake, Bushwacker has been around since the 1970s. It was very popular   particularly in beach bars. 

Historically, the word ‘Bushwacker’ was used to describe the American Civil War guerillas who didn't pick a side. This freewheeling, wild spirit may be why the cocktail picked up the name. particularly in beach bars.

Ingredients

1 cup ice 1 ounce dark rum 1 ounce coffee liqueur 1 ounce dark crème de cacao liqueur 2 ounces cream of coconut 2 ounces milk 

Step 1

First, gather all the ingredients and them to a blender.

Step 2

Blend the ice, rum, coffee liqueur, crème de cacao, cream of coconut, and milk together until smooth. 

Step 2

Pour into a chilled hurricane glass. Serve and enjoy.
