The Bloody Caesar: A Canadian Cocktail Legend

This unusual cocktail was created in the 1960s and has since become Canada's most loved cocktail. But with clam juice and Worcestershire sauce, it's not for the faint of heart.  Would you dare to take a sip?

Ingredients

60 ml vodka 90 ml Tomato juice 30 ml clam juice 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce 2 dashes hot sauce 1 teaspoon horseradish 1 dash black pepper Celery Salt Celery stalk Lime

Method

Coat the rim of a glass in celery salt.  In a shaker combine all the other ingredients with ice and shake till cold. Strain into a chilled glass and serve with a celery stalk and a slice of lime.
