Indulge in these chewy cookies made with brown butter or buerre, as you would say in French. The taste of brown butter differs from regular butter and these cookies have a nutty and rich flavour, simply making them irresistible. Here's a recipe for you.

1 cup unsalted butter 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup of milk chocolate chips Flaky sea salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the butter turns golden brown. Take care not to burn it. Remove it from the heat.

Combine the brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large mixing dish. Pour in the brown butter and blend thoroughly.

Add the eggs one at a time, thoroughly mixing after each addition. Incorporate the vanilla extract.

Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid components gradually.
