Tequila Sour: Booze Into This Sweet Tart Drink

Tequila Sour is a mashup of a 1920’s sour cocktail with the classic margarita. Here is the recipe try it at home.
Ingredients
2 ounces reposado tequila 1 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1 scant teaspoon simple syrup A Dash of angostura orange bitters 1 teaspoon egg white Half-wheel of orange, for garnish
Step 1
Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients except half-wheel of orange. Shake vigorously.
Step 2
Strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with the orange.
