Tea-Time Fruity Pineapple Dry Cake

This delicious Pineapple Dry Cake recipe will satisfy your sweet taste. This simple yet tempting dessert is ideal for any occasion, thanks to its fluffy texture and tropical flavour.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup softened butter 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp pineapple essence 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup crushed pineapple

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175°C. And Grease a baking pan also. Now in a bowl add Cream butter and sugar.

Step 2

Add eggs, vanilla extract, and pineapple essence. Mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

Step 3

Now mix dry ingredients to the butter mixture, with milk. Mix them nicely and add in crushed pineapple.

Step 4

Now Pour batter into the greased baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool down.

Garnish with sugar powder and pineapple slices enjoy this soft and delicious cake!
