Jamun taste amazing! The sweet and tangy taste, the rich purple colour is mesmerising. Combine it with Mocktail will win your heart!
250 gms of Jamun or Black Plum 2 tablespoon castor sugar and ½ tablespoon Grenadine Syrup 3 tablespoon lemon juice Black salt 2 cups water 2 springs of mint
Take desired amount of Jamun and wash them properly, drain them well and boil water in pan.
In the water add Jamun and sugar to form Jamun pulp. Cool them down and remove Jamun seeds.
Pulp and juice should be thoroughly blended in a blender. Now filter through a fine sieve, then chill.
Lastly, combine all of the ingredients. Add ice cubes if desired after chilling.
Add salt to the glass rim and decorate with mint leaves and sliced jamuns before serving your mocktail.
