Taste The Tangy Delight Of Delhi's Famous Aloo Chaat

Indulge in the iconic street food of Delhi with this irresistible Aloo Chaat recipe. Crispy fried potatoes tossed in zesty chutneys, spices, and garnished with sev for an explosion of flavors.

Ingredients

4-5 boiled potatoes 1 chopped onion 1 chopped  tomato 1 chopped green chili 2 tbsp tamarind chutney 2 tbsp mint-coriander chutney 1 tsp  chaat masala 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional) Chopped coriander leaves Sev for garnishing Salt to taste Oil for frying

Step 1

In a pan Heat oil.  Add the diced potatoes and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the fried potatoes, chopped onion, chopped tomato, and green chili.

Step 3

Now Add the tamarind chutney and mint-coriander chutney to the bowl. Mix well to coat all well.

Step 4

Now Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder and salt. Toss everything.

Step 5

Your tasty Aloo chaat is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a sev.
