Having carved her niche as a serious actor, Tapsee Pannu is an icon for many, but did you know she also takes her diet and fitness very seriously. Here’s a sneak peek.  

Staying Hydrated

She starts her day with drinking a litre of warm water followed by a handful of almonds or dates. She then drinks a mug of green tea, followed by green juice.  

Healthy Snacking

Tapsee believes in eating whenever one is hungry, so she keeps an oatmeal and dry fruit bar with her handy at all times.  

Breakfast Of Champions

She loves her breakfast, her regular breakfast features omelettes. She is also a fan of Dosas and Aloo Bhaji.  

Eating Everything Before 8 PM

She does not eat anything after 8 p.m, if she has to then she avoids solids and only has soups or liquids 

No Sugar And Gluten

Tapsee avoids sugar and gluten too, so her diet is filled with bajra and rice instead of wheat.
