Explore the colourful Achari Paneer dish. Paneer cubes are cooked in a mixture of fragrant pickling spices to provide a mouthwatering flavour.
250 grams paneer, cut into cubes 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp nigella seeds (kalonji) 1 tsp fenugreek seeds 1 onion 2 green chilies 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tomatoes 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp fennel powder Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds, and fenugreek seeds.
Add the chopped onions and green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and sauté well.
Now Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the paneer cubes to the pan and gently toss them with the spice mixture. Cook well to enhance flavours.
Garnish the Achari Paneer with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with roti, naan, or rice!
