Tangy Mango Chaat For Sunday Binge

This Mango Chaat is the ideal recipe to sate your appetites for both chaat and mango if you enjoy both. Made with raw mango, onions, tomatoes, sev, and puffed rice. Spices are added on top.

Ingredients

For 6 servings 500 gm raw mango 2 cup puffed rice 1/2 cup roasted peanuts 1/2 cup nachos 2 onion 2 tomato 3 green chilli 2 boiled potato 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder black salt as required For Garnishing 5 tablespoon sev 6 tablespoon coriander leaves

Step 1

Start by roasting Puffed rice and peanuts in a pan over medium heat. They should be roasted for 5 to 10 minutes until crispy.

Step 2

Now take them off and cool them down. Take a sizable bowl and fill it with the finely chopped raw mango and mashed boiled potato.

Step 3

Add in chopped tomato and onion. Well combine all the components. Now add  chopped green chilies, toasted peanuts, smashed nachos, and roasted puffed rice.

Step 4

Now mix the ingredients well. In order to suit your taste, add chana masala, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and black salt.

Step 5

Stir the mixture to distribute the spices among all of the components. Add lemon juice and stir once more.

Step 6

Place this in a serving basin and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sev. To enjoy, serve immediately!
