Tangy Kiwi Ice Cream For Weekend Dessert

Making kiwi ice cream at home is a delicious and refreshing way to enjoy this tropical fruit.

Ingredients

2 cups peeled and chopped kiwi fruit 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt

Step 1

Take a blender and blend the kiwi until smooth. Now in a pan, whisk the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Step 2

Now dissolve the sugar completely. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the kiwi puree.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a large bowl and let it cool to room temperature. Now Cover the bowl with plastic wrap

Step 4

And refrigerate until chilled, at least 2-3 hours or overnight. Now Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.

Step 5

Churn well until it’s creamy and smooth freeze overnight and serve! Garnish with kiwi slices enjoy!
