This street style sweet and tangy chaat with pomegranates and freshly chopped coriander on top taste amazing! Try this chaat at home and relish each bite.
300 gm boiled sweet potato 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala 3/4 teaspoon sugar black salt as required 3 tablespoon tamrind chutney salt chopped coriander leaves pomegranate 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Take sweet potatoes in a pan add water and boil them. Now cool down and peel them gently.
Now In a bowl, add sweet potatoes and cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, black salt, and sugar. Mix it super well.
Once the potatoes are mixed well add in the tamarind chutney. Coat and mix well.
Now in the serving bowl add the chaat garnish with some pomegranate seeds on top.
. Season with lemon juice and coriander leaves! Enjoy this tangy and tasty chaat.
