A touch of lime makes dishes even more tempting. Rice is prepared quickly and simply with the distinctive flavors of lemon juice, curry leaves, turmeric, whole chilies, and mustard seeds.
1 teaspoon coriander seeds 2 tablespoons vegetable cooking oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 3 to 4 curry leaves 2 green chiles, slit lengthwise 1 (1-inch) piece grated ginger 1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts 1 teaspoon turmeric Juice of 2 lemons 2 cups cooked rice or basmati rice Salt, to taste
Take a pan gather all ingredients and roast them all together. After then grind the coriander seeds into powder.
Keep the ingredients aside now. In a pan Heat oil add mustard seeds curry leaves, and green chiles.
Now Fry the mixture until the splattering stops. Add ginger and peanuts. And fry all nicely until golden brown.
Top the mixture with turmeric powder and rest the mixture. Now Add the main ingredient lemon juice and mix well.
Take boiled or cooked rice add them to the mixture and salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Enjoy.
