A fluffy flatbread made with rice flour, this gluten-free bhakri pairs well with spicy curries of chicken, mutton and fish.

1 cup water 1 cup rice flour Salt, to taste

Bring the water to a simmer and add the salt, followed by rice flour.

Allow the dough to sit for 15 minutes before adding a few drops of oil and kneading it on a cool surface.

Once it smoothens, divide into equal-sized balls and roll out like chapatis.

Cook the flatbread on a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes per side and serve warm.
