300 gm fish (any of your choice) 2 tsp mustard oil 2 tbsp besan 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 tsp jeera powder 1/2 kasoori methi 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Salt to taste Lemon juice

First, chop the fish in portions or you can also keep it whole.

Drizzle mustard oil on top. Add besan, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder and ginger garlic paste.

Also, add kasoori methi and jeera powder and mix well. Keep this marination aside for 2 minutes.

Heat a pan and add oil. Pan-fry these fish slices until they turn brown and aromatic.

When done, add lemon juice on the top and serve with a chutney of your choice.
