This masaledar version of Dhokla is light on the stomach and is sure to satiate your taste buds. Ready in less than 10 minutes, the tandoori flavours of this dhokla are a true delight.
Add besan, turmeric, ginger paste, curd, fruit salt, tandoori masala, red chilli powder and salt as per taste.
Add water and mix well to prepare a thick and smooth batter.
Now grease a circular thali with oil and pour the batter in it. Place it in a steamer, cover and steam for 10-12 minutes. Once done, let it cool down.
For the tempering, heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, mustard seeds and let them splutter for a minute or so. Pour this tempering on the Dhokla.
Sprinkle a pinch of tandoori masala on top and serve the Tandoori Dhokla with fried green chillies and a chutney of your choice.
